Roots Marketing is a digital marketing agency based in the vibrant city of Denver, Colorado. It was founded in 2021 by Val Padilla, who discovered her true passion for website design and branding after graduating from CU Denver with a BS in Marketing.

Val has used the knowledge and skills she gained in her studies to help clients from a wide range of industries build their brands and connect with their audiences through thoughtful, strategic digital marketing. As a small business owner herself, Val understands the challenges and importance of building strong, trustworthy relationships with clients.

Val's warm, positive communication style and dedication to her craft have allowed her to foster deep connections with the local businesses she supports.

Val works full-time as a marketing coordinator at CU Boulder. She often seeks out students to join her team, giving them hands-on experience that they can showcase in their portfolios and on their resumes.
